I. GENERAL
✧You must always credit me.
✧ Do not edit, trace, copy or resell your commission.
✧ All commissions are for non-commercial use unless otherwise negotiated or a commercial fee has been paid. See Section 7 (VII)for more details.
✧ Any commissions that are private or will require a Non-Disclosure Fee.
✧ I reserve the right to decline your commission.
✧ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission may be cancelled if it occurs.II. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS
✧ Commissions will be processed based upon payment clearance.
✧ Payment is due once you receive my invoice. (Full | Half | Partial Payments are accepted.)
✧ Payments via PayPal, other platforms of payment can be discussed before the commission starts.
✧ Rush orders are available upon request and a 50USD price increase within the commission. A rush order means you are moved to the top of the queue.
✧ Refunds will only be issued if the commission has not been started.
✧ If you are on a waitlist, you are free to cancel your slot at any time.
✧ If you file a chargeback against me, any rights to the work you commissioned from me will be revoked. You will also be publicly blacklisted to caution other artists. I am always open to discuss any disagreements privately, so please let this be the last thing you consider to do.III. PROCESS & REVISIONS
☾ Sketch Phase ☾
✧ Minimum of 3 revisions per piece/item.
✧ A sketch will be provided based on the references you have provided.
✧ Please provide references as clear and concise as possible to reduce the amount of guesswork required.
✧ Changes at this stage are allowed.☾ Lining Phase ☾
✧ After the sketch is approved by the client, the line work will be completed as sketched with minor corrections and adjustments as necessary for composition.
✧ Flat coloring will also be added.
✧ Minimal adjustments are allowed, but any significant re-drawing of areas will incur fees.
✧ Examples of "significant re-draw" include: different expression, different hairstyle, different posing of any part of the character, etc.☾ Shading & Finalizing ☾
✧ Approval shading and colors may apply but nothing further.
✧ No further changes will be available without significant additional costs, unless otherwise stated.
✧ Client will be provided with a finalized .png and/or .gif file in its original resolution.
✧ Additional file formats can be made available upon request, such as transparent image without a background, etc.

IV. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✧ I work on depending availability keep this in mind.
✧ Estimated time 3 weeks to 1 1/2 month but will vary on external factors. An update will always be posted towards the client and commissioner.
✧ Deadlines MUST be communicated beforehand for work flow conveniences.
✧Commission will be delivered as a transparent PNG file. The commissioner may request an additional size/format.V. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
✧ Cancellations are allowed as long as I have not started your commission yet. Please communicate this with me.
✧ The commissioner is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
✧ If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will refund you.
✧ If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.VII. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
✧ Commissions are PROHIBITED to be used in AI, NFTS, and anything of that nature
✧ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
✧ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
✧ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
✧ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.✧ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
✧ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
✧ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless further discussed with me.VIII. PURCHASE & COMMERCIAL LICENSE
✧ A purchase of commercial rights to the final product is allowed and will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Please contact me at [email protected] for further discussion.
☾ Types of Commercial Licenses ☾
✧ Limited Commercial - Includes: displaying/use on streams, used as transition cards/screens, use as PNGTubers, etc.
✧ Full Commercial - Includes: limited commercial licensing terms and printing/merchandise creation for resale and profit.
✧ Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
